Where can I find my username & password?

If you missed your Username and Password when you signed up, or just need to find them again:

  1. Login to your PayPal account

  2. Click on "view all transactions"

  3. Click on the last my expat payment "details"

  4. Click on "relates to Sxxxxxxxxx

Here you will see the Username and Password for your My Expat Network VPN subscription

Login, Download and Install

Login to My Expat Network (Orange box above) using the Username and Password provided by PayPal and download selecting the VPN client software that is unique to your account.

Once you have downloaded the software on your PC, Mac or Sabai Technology router, follow the installation instructions closely for your computer/device.
